咸水角是廣粵地區的一道名點,其貌不揚,小小個頭,圓滾滾,外形好似美式橄欖球。

由糯米粉與澄麵沖製而成的皮,配上豬肉粒、蝦乾、冬菇、蘿蔔乾等炒製而成的內餡。

皮餡的搭配,外甜內咸,互相映襯,油炸過,渾身金黃,

嚐一口,外脆裡糯,鹹甜交疊,油而不膩,食而不飽,意猶未盡。
