Description

牛肚表面的蜂窩狀紋路看起來像一枚枚的銅錢,所以在粵菜中又有「金錢肚」的美稱。嚴選頂級蜂巢牛肚,肉質厚實飽滿、口感彈牙,加入花椒、八角…等天然辛香料做成滷汁。金錢肚要做到軟透不爛,需要經過煮、燉、悶等程序,文火燉煮4小時,讓金錢肚熟軟入味,並保持本身的靭勁,每一片金錢肚都吸滿沙嗲帶點蝦乾風味的鮮美,及微甜微辣的口感,是品茶下酒、拌麵扒飯的美味料理。本品以喜馬拉雅山玫瑰鹽調味,讓金錢肚吃起來香辣中帶點回甘的鮮美。


規格:300g ± 10g/包。


保存:冷凍保存一年;標於包裝上。


宅配方式:冷凍配送。


覆熱說明:不需解凍,鍋內水滾後,將沙嗲金錢肚開封取出放在蒸架上,以大火清蒸10-12分鐘,即可食用。


注意事項:需冷凍、退冰後請食用完畢。
