豆豉是託人以自家的天然喜馬拉雅山玫瑰鹽訂做,味道鹹中帶甘,口感香醇又自然。以這豆豉來蒸排骨,蒸好的肉質更添鹹潤芳甘,盤底的排骨吸收了肉汁和豆豉香氣,滋味也是一絕,而大顆豆豉鹹中透甘,滋味不輸柔嫩入味的排骨。豉汁蒸排骨特別加入自製豆豉、和選用新鮮的黑毛豬排骨,獨特的獨家製法蒸入味,無添加色素、人工甘味精,讓您健康地品嚐入口鹹香的排骨美味。  


規格:每份約重400g± 10g / 包。


成分:排骨、太白粉、豆豉、香油、蔥油、蠔油、水、胡椒粉、醬油、糖、鹽。


保存方式:冷凍保存一年;標於包裝上。


宅配方式:冷凍配送


覆熱說明:不需解凍,鍋內水滾後,將豉汁蒸排骨開封取出放在蒸架上,以大火清蒸15-18分鐘,即可食用。


注意事項:需冷凍、退冰後請食用完畢。
